Wood carvings on the way to Tannay

We stopped for lunch just before the lock and tied up to the trees, nothing else to tie up to and there was no public footpath or cycle path. We took Dixie for a stroll and found some wood slabs to have a go at carving and sculpting. The Tannay lock was our first double lock and we had the added bonus of an apple tree right beside the lock, Freddie went scrumping.
